Andy Kratky

Andy is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Emerald Textiles, the largest acute healthcare linen service provider in the country with operations in California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona with over 2,300 employees.
Andy has been instrumental in positioning Emerald as the leading choice for healthcare’s linen and laundry service. His focus is driving value for customers, service experience, investing in people, facilities, technology, and customers. Andy’s leadership includes 15+ years of executive management, operations, strategic business development and procurement in Fortune 300 companies and large private equity firms, with 5+ years in the healthcare linen service industry. Prior to Emerald, Andy served as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain for Angelica, a national provider of healthcare linen and medical laundry services. Andy received a Business Administration Degree at Lewis University.

Dan Leavy
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dan is the Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Textiles and a founding member since 2010. Dan leads a dynamic team of operators and regional directors with oversight across business performance, operations, service, manufacturing, purchasing, equipment, and technology investments for Emerald Textiles.
Dan has always put customer service and quality first. He has held numerous leadership positions that include General Manager and Market Vice President with over 38 years of industry experience. Dan’s leadership and passion for customer service and quality have been instrumental in Emerald’s tremendous success and sustainable growth.

Chris Lake
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Emerald Textiles and leads the company in building sustainable growth, value, and profitability.
Chris leads the financial team with extensive background in profit and cash flow improvement, growth, analysis, KPIs and metric tracking, process flow and improvement, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and legal risk management. Prior to joining Emerald, Christopher served over 23 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for multiple private equity-backed portfolio companies. Christopher earned a Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School. He received his executive Master of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin and his Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University.

Egbert Dugall

Egbert is the Vice President of Customer Experience for Emerald Textiles. Egbert leads a dynamic and experienced team of account and service managers with a focus on delivering exceptional service, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Egbert has over 18 years of extensive knowledge and experience in the Healthcare Linen and Laundry industry through customer relationship management and new business development. Egbert was previously the Director of Business Development at Emerald. Prior to this, the Director of Customer Relations at Medico Healthcare Linen Service, and Regional Account Manager at Mission Linen Supply. Egbert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps.

Robert Hines
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Robert Hines is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emerald Textiles. Experienced in Sales, Marketing, and Partnership Development with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry.
Robert leads a dynamic team that oversees client renewals, revenue, strategic accounts, new business development, contract services, and marketing and communications. With more than 21 years of experience, Robert brings a vast knowledge of acute care services. Prior to Emerald, Robert held several leadership positions at Angelica, a national provider of healthcare linen and medical laundry services. His roles included Director of Strategic Accounts, Director of Sales, and Regional Service Director. His background includes new business sales and national account management focused on selling long-term solutions. Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics at the University of Georgia.

Steve is the Corporate Director of Human Resources with a diverse workforce of over 2,300 team members at Emerald Textiles. Steve has over 34 years of industry experience with specialties in labor relations, contract negotiations and contract administration. Prior to joining Emerald in 2019, Steve held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Mission Linen Supply for 20 years. Prior to this, he was the Personnel Director at Angelica Textiles Services West. Steve received a Bachelor of Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton.

Don Luckenbach

Don Luckenbach is the Regional Director of Operations overseeing four Emerald Textiles processing facilities in Turlock, Livingston, and Fresno in California, as well as Reno, Nevada. Don is also the operating and General Manager of Turlock, California.
Don has held several dynamic leadership and investment stakeholder roles with more than 40 years in the Healthcare and Hospitality industry. Prior to Emerald, Don was instrumental during the acquisition bringing together two of the largest independent healthcare laundry providers in California, joining together Emerald Textiles and Encore Textiles Services in May 2017. Prior to this, Don managed the operations at Royal Laundry and servicing the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as operations in the Northern and Southern California Regions.

Alphonso King
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS; SOUTH
Alphonso King is the Regional Director of Operations overseeing four Emerald Textiles processing facilities in Los Angeles, Orange, Pomona, and Colton. Alphonso brings strength in leadership, people, operations, sales, and service.
Prior to Emerald, Alphonso served as Chief Marketing Officer and President of Sales with NanoVapor Biotech in Houston, Texas. Prior to this, Alphonso served as founder/CEO of 360 Managed Services, LLC, a full-service business development and marketing firm. Prior to 360, Alphonso was the Chief of Sales and Marketing Officer at SunShare Community Solar for USA and Canada. In these roles, Alphonso was responsible for developing high-performance teams, strategic vision, business development and profitability through tactical activities across sales, marketing, operations, and human resources. Alphonso earned an MBA in Human Resources with secondary concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operational Management at the American Intercontinental University.

Jim Hernandez
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Jim is the Director of Engineering of Emerald Textiles and oversees a highly experienced engineering management team. Jim’s leadership and expert oversight across all of Emerald’s processing facilities provides expert support in equipment development, engineering design, product manufacturing, improving efficiencies, quality, and capacities while partnering with operators and Emerald’s supply chain.
Jim is one of the founding members of Emerald and instrumental as part of the team that developed the first state-of-the-art Emerald processing facility, outfitted with the most technologically advanced, water-efficient equipment and processes, winning the Savings by Design award and Energy Champion award by SDG&E.
Hernandez has worked in the laundry industry for more than 40 years, starting as a custodian at a linen/industrial plant in Arizona at the age of 15. His curiosity in machinery and engineering naturally led him to take engineering classes after high school. At the age 19, Hernandez was promoted to chief engineer, a position he held for different companies for the next 26 years when he joined Emerald Textiles in 2010.

Amber Gonzalez
VICE PRESIDENT
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Amber is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting of Emerald Textiles overseeing all functions within accounting operations, systems, revenue, payables, receivables, and external suppliers with oversight across a dynamic accounting team.
Amber has successfully led the integration onboarding with financials, accounting, and system implementation across several newly purchased facilities. Amber has over 18 years combined experience in public and private industry accounting, including extensive experience in SEC reporting, US GAAP compliance, technical accounting research, and driving cross functional process improvements to optimize business processes and drive efficiencies. Prior to Emerald, Amber was the Controller for ACEA Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to ACEA, Amber was the Associate Director of Financial Reporting at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. Amber received the Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Kelly Morris
MARKETING MANAGER
Kelly is the Marketing Manager for Emerald Textiles overseeing the communications, branding, editorial, digital marketing, community partnerships, and integrated marketing strategies.
Kelly leads with 15+ years of marketing experience through traffic driving promotional programs, branded materials, communications, sponsorships, media promotions, experiential rebranding, project management, social media, website, and community support. Prior to Emerald, Kelly served as Marketing Manager for over 12 years at LEGOLAND California Resort. Kelly has a Bachelor of Human Development at California State University, San Marcos.
